Convicted paedophile Bill Kenneally has died in prison, it was confirmed this morning (Thursday).
The notorious child sex abuser was serving a 19-year sentence for historic abuse of boys in Waterford and died in the early hours of this morning.
He was in custody in the Midlands Prison and was under the care of the prison service health care team at the time of his death.
On 'Deise Today' two of the survivors of Kenneally, Jason Clancy and Kevin Keating, spoke about the news of the death of their former abuser, which has come just a week after the publication of the report of the Commission of Investigation into the Kenneally case.
