Miranda Corcoran from The Art Hand spoke with WLRs Dymphna Nugent, who facilitated a panel discussion titled 'Rural Waterford Unwrapped.' As part of the Waterford Rural Tourism Network, Miranda would like to see an increase in footfall, collaboration, and 'cottage industries.'
