Irish football legend Paul McGrath has been enjoying some time in Waterford.
The former Republic of Ireland defender and ex-Waterford FC Director of Football paid a visit to the spectacular Mahon Falls in the Comeragh Mountains over the weekend, taking in one of the county’s best known beauty spots.
McGrath, who earned 83 caps for Ireland during an illustrious international career, appeared to make the most of the sunshine as he explored the scenic location.
The 66-year-old remains one of Ireland’s most celebrated footballers, having starred for clubs including Manchester United and Aston Villa, while becoming a hero to generations of Irish supporters.
