Anita Cambie is a well-established brokerage with over 15 years of industry success, and is seeking a highly motivated Senior Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their team. This is a client-facing advisory role supported by a team of administrators, with leads generated through strong referral networks

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients’ financial situations and advise on suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Manage the full mortgage process from enquiry to completion, ensuring compliance and service excellence.
• Handle application paperwork, liaising with lenders and internal admin support to progress cases efficiently.
• Keep up to date with the latest lender criteria, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clients with an exceptional experience and professional guidance throughout their mortgage and protection journey.
• Meet and exceed sales and service targets while maintaining a high standard of compliance and ethics.
• QFA qualification is essential.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a brokerage / banking environment

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of mortgage and protection products.
• Experience using platforms such as “On Line  Applications”  is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
