Slieverue Community Playgroup / Afterschool, located at the GAA grounds, Airmount Road, Slieverue are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Manager to lead our childcare setting and ensure the highest standards of Care, education and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, supporting staff, overseeing children’s welfare and development and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications / Experience Required

Minimum QQI Level 6 Award in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent recognised qualification 

Position Full-Time

•            Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a childcare setting

•            Previous supervisory or management experience desirable

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

•            Up-to – date knowledge of Tusla  early years regulations,

•            Aistear and Síolta
