South East Simon Community is recruiting a Housing First Project Worker. This is a key role in assisting individuals in moving from homelessness into secure, affordable housing, ensuring they have the support needed to maintain their tenancies.

Applicants should have at least two years of experience working in a similar role and a relevant third-level qualification in social care, addiction studies, or a related field.
