Just one week to go until the opening game.
USA defender Sergino Dest says they fear no team ahead of this summer’s World Cup – which gets underway in one week.
The co-hosts play their first game a week on Saturday when they take on Paraguay.
Dest says they’re ready.
“We’re in a good head-space, everybody is really confident that we can win against anyone.
“Everybody is motivated and that’s also really important.
“I think we all can’t wait to start.”
Meanwhile, as the countdown is on until the opening game, teams continue to arrive in the US for the tournament.
Morocco have touched down in New Jersey – where they’ll continue their preparations.
They were the surprise package of the tournament four years ago, as they reached the semi-finals.
Captain Achraf Hakimi is excited to see how far they can go this time.
“Of course we’re a little bit tired, it was a really long flight but we’re really happy to be here.
“We can’t wait to start training, see the atmosphere and all the support here in America, so really happy and excited to be here.”
