Reality queen Kim Kardashian is believed to have made around £8 million, using the World Cup spotlight to promote her business empire to millions of football fans worldwide.

Meanwhile, music icon Madonna reportedly earned £4 million after taking to the stage for the historic first-ever halftime show at a World Cup final alongside Shakira, BTS and Justin Bieber.
Even Scotland’s singing sensation Susan Boyle was said to have landed a tidy £500,000 thanks to a memorable advertising campaign that aired during the tournament.
