The Hot Desk April 8th, The McKenna Guide's 100 best restaurants in Ireland was recently published and seven Waterford restaurants are included from across the city and county. To discuss this, I'll be joined in studio by two restaurateurs from that list - Luis Martin of Mara, and Morgan VanderKamer of Union. 
Waterford-based branding agency TOTEM has won Silver at the Transform Awards Europe 2026 for its branding of Media Connect, Virgin Media Ireland’s new wholesale fibre business unit. I'll be joined in studio by Totem Founder and Creative Director Colin Byrne. 
And the first three months of 2026 saw a surge of more than 20% in the number of applications to form new companies around Ireland  according to analysis of official figures by Company Bureau. Marketing Manager with Company Bureau, Bébhinn Egan, will tell me more.
