On the Hot Desk this week, Mary was speaking with Gillian Kinehan, Director of Care Bluebird Care, which announced this week that it is creating 50 new jobs across Waterford and East Cork this year.

 
She also spoke to Eamonn Lonergan of Knockanore Cheese, which has just added mozzarella to its range - the new product was launched over the weekend at the Waterford Festival of Food. 

The student-run business Teenage Dirtbag from Abbey Community College will be representing Waterford in the Senior category at the National Student Enterprise Finals. Mary spoke to Lilly Magee, the student behind the initiative.
