A fundraiser launched for the three sisters and boy who were seriously injured in the M9 crash over the weekend has exceeded its huge goal in just 14 hours.
Niamh and Alma Kinsella, both in their 30s, remain in critical condition in Tallaght Hospital.
Their sister Ella Hendricken, who is in her 20s, is being treated for serious injuries at St Vincent’s Hospital.

Ella’s seven-year-old nephew is also being treated for serious injuries. He is at Crumlin Children’s Hospital.
The horror tragedy unfolded in the early hours of Sunday morning when a BMW driving the wrong way crashed at high speed into the sisters’ Hyundai.
The family had been on their way to Dublin Airport to catch a flight to a family wedding in the UK.

The five occupants of the BMW were all pronounced dead at the scene.
They have been named locally as Jeremy O’Brien, 18, from Carlow; Alex McCarthy, 17, from Carlow; Joey Carthy, 15, and Jack Kennedy, 17, both from Athy, Co Kildare; and Kamil Pustkowski, 17, from Limerick.
On Tuesday evening, a fundraiser was launched for the sisters.

Bryan Curley, a close friend of Ella, launched the appeal via GoFundMe.
On Wednesday morning, just 14 hours after the appeal was launched, the latest goal of €190,000 has been reached. A new goal of €350,000 has now been set.
Writing on the GoFundMe, Bryan explained that he was setting the fundraiser up for his best friend Ella and her sisters.
‘This has been an incredibly difficult and frightening time for Ella, Niamh, Alma and their family,’ he said.
‘They are facing a long and challenging road ahead, and right now, I ask that you keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.’
He added that all funds raised would go directly to the family.
