South East Simon Community is recruiting a Housing First Project Worker for the South East Region. This is a permanent contract.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification in social care, addiction studies or a related field and at least two years of experience in a similar role, particularly with individuals experiencing homelessness or addiction.
