Gold Coast Golf Club is this week hosting the John McGrath Memorial Golf Classic, in aid
of Dungarvan Community Hospital, up until Sunday 6th September.

Building on the success of previous years, the event has been expanded from a one-day competition to a week-long Golf Classic, creating an opportunity for even more people, businesses, clubs and organisations to become involved in supporting this very worthy local cause.

This is the fifth year of the John McGrath Memorial Golf Classic. Thanks to the generosity
of members, sponsors and supporters, the event has raised more than €25,000 for Dungarvan
Community Hospital to date.

For families throughout West Waterford and beyond, Dungarvan Community Hospital has provided care, comfort, dignity and compassion during some of life’s most difficult moments — not least the support its staff give to patients and families during end-of-life care.

To help make this year’s Golf Classic the club invites businesses, community organisations, sports clubs and individuals to support the event in any way they can.
