The Tony Kirwan Plant Hire Eastern Intermediate Football Championship gets the day underway at 1.45 pm, with Kill facing Fenor in Dunhill.

At the same time, Newtown Football Club take on De La Salle at Michael MacCraith GAA in Tramore.

There is a 2 pm start at Lemybrien in the Cappoquin Logistics Premier Intermediate Football Championship, where St Saviour’s face Brickey Rangers.

Also at 2 pm, Sliabh gCua / St Mary’s meet Colligan Emmetts in the Radley Engineering Western Board Intermediate Football Cup Division One at Fraher Field in Dungarvan.

Mount Sion face Clashmore Kinsalebeg at 2.30 pm in the Premier Intermediate Football Championship Group B, with that game taking place in Stradbally.

The Edward O’Rourke Western Board Junior C Football League Division One sees Geraldines meet The Nire at 3.30 pm in Aglish.

Also at 3.30 pm, Abbeyside-Ballinacourty face Ballyduff Upper in the Edward O’Rourke Western Board Junior A Football Cup Division One, with that game taking place in Cappoquin.

The Eastern Intermediate Championship continues at 4.30 pm, when Kilmacthomas take on Bonmahon in Kill.

There is also an Eastern Junior A Football Championship knockout tie at 4.30 pm, with Ferrybank facing Roanmore in Butlerstown.

That makes for a busy day of club football across the county, with nine Waterford football fixtures scheduled from 1.45 pm through to 4.30 pm.
