At 5 Tivoli Terrace in Tramore, a new private school opened with the aim of preparing young learners for the future.
It was the brainchild of Edmund Naganowski, a writer and educator credited with introducing the scouting movement to Poland.
The school charged a significant fee for attendance on an annual basis.
