The Dungarvan Men's Shed annual variety concert takes place at Woodhouse Estate in Stradbally tomorrow (Thursday), bringing together a community of people for a night of music and camaraderie! Jim and Sally Thompson are once again facilitating the concert on their newly renovated estate grounds that date back to the 1600s. WLR's Kieran Foley visited the couple for a chat ahead of the big event, and he also spoke to Micheal Cass, a founder of Dungarvan Men's Shed. The Thompsons speak about fostering community through food, friendship, charity, music, and history. They honour the late Dick Clancy, who welcomed them into the community when they arrived on the estate and was involved with the Men's Shed.
