Summer Stars invites every young reader in Waterford to explore the world within the pages of a book. This comes as the Summer Stars reading programme is officially underway in Waterford Libraries. With a card to fill out and stamp, each child is then eligible to receive a medal and certificate. The hugely popular programme is free to enter, and a host of events are planned all summer as part of it.
