The Food Safety Authority is investigating an outbreak of listeria infection after an adult died with a confirmed case. The FSAI said that cases have been linked to ready-made-meals from Tesco Finest, The Happy Pear, SuperValu Signature Taste, and Centra Freshly Prepared, to name just a few. A National Outbreak Control Team is investigating the outbreak, meaning there has been a precautionary recall of ready-to-heat meals.
