This morning (Friday) on 'Deise Today', Damien had a very interesting chat with Dr Julie Brown.
She's the Clinical Director and Deputy CEO of the charity 'One in Four' who are Ireland's leading service supporting adults who have survived child sex abuse.
She's also a psychoanalytical psychotherapist.
She gave some great practical tips and help for people who may have experienced abuse in their past.
