The village of Kilmacthomas is set to welcome home Aintree Grand National winner 'Nick Rockett' on Saturday.
The famous horse will be paraded through the village from approximately 3pm. There will be traffic restrictions in and around the village from 2pm - 4pm.
The Willie Mullins trained horse has huge links to Mid County Waterford, as previously reported here on WLR.
Kieran Foley has been chatting with previous owner of 'Nick Rockett' Roddy O'Byrne who is back visiting his native Kilmacthomas from the US.
And Kieran began his chat at Rockett's Bar in Kilmacthomas by speaking to Timmy O'Byrne from The Lodge Stud where 'Nick Rockett' began his racing career.
