A hosepipe ban is likely to be made as the high temperatures are expected to continue into next week.
At least 10 days of little to no rain, accompanied by temperatures in the high 20s are forecasted.

Looking ahead to the coming days, he advised humidity levels will be very high.
This means the night-time temperatures especially will feel much hotter than what the temperature dial reads.
