On her weekly slot on Déise Today this week (Wednesday), Aisling Larkin – TV cook and food educator –  spoke to Damien about how to make the perfect grazing board.

Aisling discussed how to make a cheese board, seafood board and charcuterie board for upcoming festive gatherings.

She also gave some tips on how to present your grazing board; incorporating fruit in the board, Irish cheeses, crackers, and dips etc!
