Vera Cannell, Late of Ard Haven, Tramore, Co. Waterford. Formerly of Pond Villas, Tramore, Co. Waterford.

Vera passed peacefully at her home, on Friday the 13th of June 2025 RIP.

Predeceased by her adored husband Peter and beloved parents Caít and Claus.

Vera will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Nicholas, his partner Lynn and her treasured grandson Seán, her sister Joan and her husband Jerry and niece Kate. She will be remembered always by her beloved and life long friends Ann, Denise and Liz, her extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.

The Cannell family would like to thank with great appreciation all her neighbours, medical carers and all the staff in University Hospital Waterford and Tramore Medical Practice for the exceptional care Vera received throughout his illness’s.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Vera’s reposal will take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Monday the 16th of June from 5pm until 7pm.

All are welcome & refreshments will be served throughout.

Vera’s Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday the 17th of June at 10am in The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore.
