Tony passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family on the 3rd of March in University Hospital Waterford
Rest In Peace.
Deeply loved and sadly missed by his wife Eileen (nee Hogan) and his family; son John, daughters Ann, Claire and Laura. Treasured granddad to Emma, Conor, Sara, Isla, OisÃn, Oren, Harry, Lily, Paddy, Elliot and Morgan. Beloved brother of Iggy and his wife Norma, New York. Father-in-law to Kevin, Vincent, Shea and Ness. Tony will be greatly missed by his relatives, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
The Gavin family would like to thank with great appreciation all the doctors, nurses and staff on CCU at University Hospital Waterford.

Tony will be reposing at Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore, Co. Waterford on Wednesday the 5th of March from 5pm to 7pm.
All are welcome
Tony’s Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday the 6th of March, at 10am at St Mary’s Church Ballygunner, Co. Waterford.
As per Tony’s wishes a private Cremation Service will take place at 4pm in The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy Co. Cork.
House Private at all times please. Family flowers only

Tony’s Funeral Cortege will leave his residence at approximately 09:30 on Thursday morning to arrive for his Requiem Mass at 10am
