Tramore RNLI volunteers have been recognised for decades of dedication and service at a national awards ceremony celebrating long-serving lifeboat crew members.

The volunteers attended the RNLI Long Service Awards at Clontarf Castle on Sunday June 7th, where crew members from around the country were honoured for their commitment to saving lives at sea and supporting their local communities.

Among those recognised was Tramore RNLI Helm Fergal McGrath, who received a 20-Year Long Service Award in recognition of two decades of service with the lifeboat station.
