A national summit for Ireland’s estate agency sector is set to return to Waterford next year.
The REAL Estate Agency Summit will take place at the Theatre Royal on Thursday, June 24th 2027, following its inaugural event in the city earlier this year.
More than 200 estate agency owners and property professionals attended the first summit in June 2026.
International real estate coach Tom Panos will return as a headline speaker, alongside UK property leader Verona Frankish.
The event will focus on issues including artificial intelligence, new technology, marketing, recruitment, leadership and changing consumer expectations within the property sector.
The summit was founded by Regina Mangan, Managing Director of Liberty Blue Estate Agents.
She said the industry is changing rapidly and that estate agents need to adapt to new technology and increasingly competitive markets.
‘The agents who succeed in this environment will be those who are prepared to challenge how they have always done things, invest in their people and embrace new ways of working,’ she said.
Organisers say further speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
