Plans have been lodged for the construction of 40 apartments on Keanes Road in Tycor, Waterford.

The application, submitted by Ger Norris, proposes 24 one-bedroom units, five two-bedroom units and 11 three-bedroom units.

Access to the development would be provided via Keanes Road.

The plans also include connections to the public foul and surface water drainage systems, along with associated site works.

A decision on the application is due by November 22nd, 2026.
