Temperatures are set to fall below freezing tonight.

Met Éireann says all areas of the country will be affected, as temperatures fall between -1 and -2 degrees overnight.

The colder conditions are expected to continue through to Thursday and Friday.

Today will be cold. There will be dry and sunny weather for a time but showers will follow, with the risk of thunder.
