Waterford-based technology company Klearcom is celebrating a double success after taking home two honours at the 2026 Operational Excellence Awards.

The company was named winner of the Operational Excellence in ICT, Media and Telecoms category, while Klearcom Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer Mark Rohan received the COO of the Year award.

The awards recognise the company’s work in voice testing technology, helping organisations test, monitor and optimise customer voice journeys across international markets.

Klearcom works with major global brands including Visa and Pfizer, supporting enterprise teams to identify issues, improve customer experience and ensure IVR and contact centre systems operate reliably at scale.

The company currently provides voice testing services in more than 100 countries.

The Operational Excellence in ICT, Media and Telecoms award was collected by Adam Daniels and Andrew Burke on behalf of Klearcom’s Client Operations team, which is led by Head of Client Operations Christine Ramsey.

Speaking after the awards, Mark Rohan said the recognition reflected the work of the wider team.

“Winning COO of the Year is a huge honour, and I’m incredibly proud to share this moment with the wider Klearcom team. Our success is built on the commitment, expertise, and operational excellence shown by our people every day.”

He added that the company’s success in the Operational Excellence in ICT, Media and Telecoms category was a reflection of the impact the Client Operations team continues to have for customers around the world.

Klearcom says the awards reinforce its position as a trusted provider for enterprise organisations where voice channel performance is critical to business operations.
