
Community Climate Action Programme funding worth €631,218 has been awarded to 23 projects across Waterford, supporting community-led climate action including energy upgrades, biodiversity works, renewable energy and active travel measures.
The funding is being used for projects such as solar panel installations, insulation upgrades, LED lighting, native planting, bike parking and circular economy initiatives across community groups, sports clubs and local organisations.
