The institute of self defence are hosting a fundraising night on Sunday night, 24th May, in the Cove Bar, Dunmore Road Waterford from 7 30pm. They would love to see you all there.

All proceeds will go to rebuilding their club after the Tycor Business Centre fire.

Live music with Ash & Laura on the night. Kids welcome until 9pm.
