Roger Federer was left grinning from ear to ear this week after he received a cheeky compliment from a journalist.
Earlier in the week, the retired tennis player revealed he was making a return to the court later in the year.
The five-time US Open champion will be returning to the tournament this August for an exhibition match.

On Wednesday, the Official Wimbledon social media shared a brilliant clip of the decorated tennis player during a press conference.
The clip hears a journalist praising the tennis legend, saying: ‘You look even more handsome than last year.’
Roger is immediately grinning, and responds: ‘Okay…Thank you.’

‘How do you feel –‘ she begins to ask, with Roger then interjecting that he ‘feels great now.’
‘I feel red,’ he bashfully follows up.
‘How do you feel physically, this year, this time?’ the journalist continues to ask, with Roger answering: ‘Incredibly sexy.’
The clip has amassed more than 140,000 likes in less than 24 hours, with social media fans taking to the comments to have their say.
‘Boys after getting their one annual compliment,’ one wrote, with another praising: ‘This is Gold!’
A third confirmed: ‘So true and he’s so humble. What a champion for the game of tennis.’
It comes following confirmation that the tennis star will be returning to the court later in the year for an event titled, Roger Federer: An Icon Returns to New York.
The event will also feature Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick and John McEnroe, and will take place at Arthur Ashe Stadium ahead of the 2026 US Open.
A statement from the Swissman said: ‘So many unforgettable moments of my career happened in New York, and Arthur Ashe Stadium is a place that means a great deal to me.
‘I’ve missed being part of that atmosphere and feeling the incredible energy that the fans bring every year.’
