Waterford clubs Clashmore Kinsalebeg and Gailltir are in Munster championship action today, with Gailltir chasing a place in the history books.

In the AIB Munster Intermediate Club Hurling Championship quarter-final, Clashmore Kinsalebeg face Kerry champions Abbeydorney at Cappaquinn Logistics Fraher Field in Dungarvan.

Throw-in is at 1.15 pm, with a place in the provincial semi-finals at stake.

There is also a major occasion for Gailltir in the AIB Munster Club Camogie Championship semi-final, where they take on Kerry side Clanmaurice at Ballygunner GAA Grounds. That game is at 1.30 pm.

Gailltir have already secured their place in the Ladies Senior Football Final. Victory today would see the club reach both the Munster senior camogie and ladies senior football finals in the same year, a historic achievement for the club.

WLR will bring listeners live updates from Gailltir games throughout the afternoon, with Hayleigh Acheson.
