A high-level meeting on the future of Waterford Airport took place in Dublin on Tuesday evening.
The lengthy meeting featured Transport Minister Darragh O'Brien, his Secretary General and other Dept officials, along with Waterford ministers Mary Butler and John Cummins, along with the CEO of Waterford City and Council Council and a Director of Services from there.
But what exactly was said in the "frank and open discussion on progressing the airport" and where does it now leave the future of the Killowen facility?
Mary Butler, Waterford Minister of State and Gov Chief Whip, was in studio for 'Deise Today' this morning (Friday).
