Cardiac campaigners in Waterford have been reacting to the news of Cabinet approval for 24/7 cardiac care at University Hospital Waterford.
Willie Doyle, Jennifer Doyle and Mary Coughlan have been campaigning since April 2014 when Jennifer suffered a heart attack.
