Formerly of Desmond Grove, Lismore Lawn, Waterford City.

Stephen passed suddenly on Saturday the 8th of November 2025

RIP.

Predeceased by his beloved parents Kathleen and David.

Stephen will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Laura, his sons Ben, Andrew, and Joe; his brother Gary and his sister-in-law Eleanor. Stephen will be fondly remembered by all his nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives, wonderful neighbours, and many friends.

The Richards family would like to thank with great appreciation all the Paramedics and Emergency staff for their exceptional efforts with Stephen on Saturday night the 8th of November.

You’ll Never Walk Alone

Stephen’s reposal will take place in Falconers Funeral Home, Riverstown, Tramore X91TW21 on Tuesday the 11th of November from 6pm until 8pm.

All are welcome and refreshments will be served throughout.

Stephen’s Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday the 12th of November at 10am in The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, after which Stephen will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend Stephen’s Mass online can do so by using the link below.

Stephen’s Funeral Cortege will walk from Lodges Corner/Tramore Credit Union at 09:40 am to arrive for his Requiem Mass.
