Peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the tender care of the Doctors and Nurses in the Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford.
Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Ann, his sister Marie St. Leger, brother-in-law Anthony Bell (Dungarvan), sisters-in-law Ena Bell (Annestown) and Moira McEvoy (Ferndale).
Shay will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kay, his brothers Tom, Paddy and Francie, Mary Bell (Dungarvan), his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, 45A Johnstown, Waterford (X91FW4A), on Friday September 4th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm
A Private Cremation will take place in The Island Crematorium, Cork.
House Private at all times please.

Sincere condolences to Shay's Family on this sad occasion I worked for Purcell Brothers on the Ship's years ago I had a lot of dealing s with Shay what a Gentleman may his gentle soul R.I.P.
