Séamus Ó Muirithe, Strandside, Abbeyside, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford and formerly of Tigh Mhuirithe, Heilbhic, An Rinn

Séamus passed away peacefully on the 29th of September 2026 in the excellent care of staff in St. Vincent’s Unit, Dungarvan Community Hospital. Predeceased by his parents James and Mary and his niece Muireann.

Séamus is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife Ann, sons Aonghus and Tiernan, daughters Róisín and Siobhán, daughter-in-law Jacqui, son-in-law Dave, Aonghus’ partner Nikolle, adored grandchildren Éile, Cárthach, Conall and Mollaí, brother Bilest, sister Mary Cleary, sisters-in-law Breda, Rosaleen and Paula, brothers-in-law Kieran, Tommy, Steve, Mark, Brian and Eoin, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends especially Sham Manahan.

Séamus will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan (X35 XN79) on Friday evening, 2nd October from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m.

Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Saturday morning, 3rd October, in Séipéal San Nioclás, An Rinn.

Interment afterwards in An Reilig Nua, An Rinn.

Donations if desired to St. Vincent’s Unit, Dungarvan Community Hospital.
