On 17th November 2025, peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at Cork University Hospital,

Maura (Nee Burke), loving daughter of the late Thomas (Tom) Burke.

Deeply regretted by her heartbroken husband Jack, mother Mary (née Power), brother Thomas, sisters Angela O’Brien, Deirdre Buckley and Hilda Kelly, brothers-in-law David O’Brien, Cal Buckley, Gerard Kelly and Milo Purcell, sisters-in-law Maria McCarthy and her husband Gerry, Catherine Becks and her husband Stephen, nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Lying in repose at Aidan Walsh & Sons, Funeral Home, Cappoquin, on Thursday evening 20th November 2025 from 5.00pm to 7.00pm,

followed by removal to St. Mary’s Church, Church Street, Cappoquin.

Funeral Mass on Friday morning 21st November 2025 at 11.00 am, followed by burial in St. Declan’s Cemetery, Cappoquin.
