Mary (Chris) Cliffe, Cluain Cairbre, Ballymacarbry, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary late of Carrigawn, Ballinamult, Co. Waterford and Islington, London.

Chris passed away peacefully on Friday 21st November 2025, following a short illness.

Predeceased by her parents John and Mary and her brothers Larry and Johnny.

Chris is missed and much loved by her heartbroken beloved daughter Tanya and her partner Ronan, her brothers Mossy and Jim, her sisters Libby and Kathleen, her sisters-in-law Teresa and Ann and her brother-in-law William. Chris will be remembered by all of her family especially her grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews and her wide circle of friends in Ireland and London.

Reposing at Drohan’s Funeral Home, Dungarvan (Eircode X35 XF67) on Sunday 23rd November from 5p.m – 7p.m. Funeral Mass on Monday 24th November at 11: 30a.m in St. Mary’s Church, Touraneena. Followed by cremation at 3p.m at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.

The family would like to thank all of those who cared for Chris including the staff at Ballymacarbry Community Centre, the Ambulance Service and the staff at South Tipperary Hospital in Clonmel.
