Peggy passed away peacefully in her 95th year on the 29th of August 2026 in the tender care of staff at University Hospital Waterford. Predeceased by her beloved husband Paddy, parents William and Catherine, brothers Jim and Eddie and brother-in-law Joe Power.

Peggy is deeply mourned and sadly missed by her son Fabian, daughters Nodlaig and Shirley, sons-in-law Pat and John, grandchildren Fintan and Kevin, sister Cissie, brother Pakie, niece Pat Barry, nephew William Power, extended family, other relatives and friends.

Peggy will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan (X35 XN79) on Tuesday evening, 1st September, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. with Prayers at 6.30 p.m.

Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Wednesday morning, 2nd September, in St. Mary’s Parish Church, Dungarvan. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
