Predeceased by her husband John, parents Thomas and Mary, sisters Mavis and Ann and her brothers Seán, Tommy and Jim.

Much loved mother of Jay, Joseph (Joe) and Tracy. Will be sadly missed by her sisters Kathleen and Teresa, daughter-in-law Catherine, Tracy’s partner Daragh and Jay’s partner Jim, her adored grandchildren Lynsey, Ryan and Mollie, great grandchildren Rio and Cúán, her sister-in-law Marie, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Tom Hennessy’s Funeral Home, 45A Johnstown, Waterford (X91 FW4A), on Saturday August 8th from 9:30am, followed by removal at 10:30am.

Joan’s funeral cortege will walk from the green in Ballytruckle at 10:45am to the Sacred Heart Church, the Folly for Requiem Mass on arrival at 11:00am.

Burial will take place afterwards in St. Otteran’s Cemetery, Ballinaneeshagh, Cork Road, Waterford.

Mass will be live streamed by following the Mass link from 11:00am on Saturday.
