Jack O’Keeffe, Late of Hillcrest, John’s Hill, Waterford City and Formerly of R. O’Keeffe’s and Sons Monumental Works, Michael Street, Waterford City.

Jack passed peacefully with his loving family by his side.

RIP.

Predeceased by his beloved parents Noel and Kathleen .

Jack will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken wife Noreen, his sons Noel and Ray and his daughter Trina (Fanning) his cherished and beloved grandchildren; Jack, Sean, Niall, Zoe, Lauren, Daire and Charlie; his brothers Jimmy, Edward and Robbie and his daughters-in-law Lili and Lorraine and his son-in-law Mick.

Jack will be fondly remembered by all his nieces, nephews, his extended family, relatives, neighbours, and many many friends.

The O’Keeffe family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in University Hospital Waterford for the great care and attention Jack received throughout his illness

May Jack rest peacefully.

Jack’s reposal will be take place privately.

As per Jack’s wishes his remains will arrive to The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, Waterford City for approximately 8pm on Saturday the 10th of October where he will lie in repose overnight.

Jack’s Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday the 11th of October at 1pm at The Sacred Heart Church, The Folly, after which Jack will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Ballygunner Co. Waterford. Anyone wishing to take part in Jack’s Mass remotely can do so by using the link below
