Who died on Tuesday, 25th November 2025.

Aged 69 years.

Peacefully, in the tender care of her family and all the staff at The South East Palliative Care Centre, Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford, predeceased by her parents Lar and Biddy.

Breda will be sadly missed by her daughters Elizabeth, Laureena (Atkins) and Breeda (Moloney), Breda’s partner Michael, sons-in-law Ian, Alan and Martin, grandchildren Calvin, Martha, Peadar, Jayden, Ellie and Hailey, brothers Larry and Michael, sisters Mary (Weafer), Rita (Morrissey) and Stastia (Harrington), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

MAY BREDA REST IN PEACE

Breda will be reposing in Powers Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Wednesday, 26th November, from 6.45pm until 8pm,

Breda’s removal will take place on Thursday 27th November to St. James Church, Horeswood, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12noon,

after which Breda will be laid to rest in Horeswood cemetery.
