Breda Hallahan (née Power), late of Silversprings, Springmount, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

Breda passed away suddenly at home on Monday, 21 September 2026.

Predeceased by her parents, Eddie and Nonie Power; her brothers Stephen, Danny, Bernie and Naoise; and her sisters Kitty (Gough), Margo and Chrissie.

Breda will be deeply mourned and sadly missed by her loving husband Monnie; her sons Joseph (Claire), Diarmuid (Breed), Shane (Catherine) and Kieran (Niamh); her adored grandchildren Tanya, Keith, Shauna, Ciara, Fionn, Dearbhla, Darragh, Eimear, Oisín, Ríain and Fíadh; her great-grandchildren Daithí, Éabha, Tadhg, Finn and Kealan; her sisters-in-law Mary and Rose; brother-in-law Dick; nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and her large circle of friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Drohans Funeral Home, Dungarvan (Eircode X35 XF67) on Thursday, 24 September, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Removal on Friday morning, 25 September, to St Mary’s Church, Touraneena, for Funeral Mass at 11.00 a.m., followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
