Patricia O’Kelly née Cusack, Late of Newtown Hill, Tramore, Co. Waterford and formerly of Grange Park Waterford City.

Patricia passed peacefully with her loving family by her side.

Tuesday the 22nd of September 2026

RIP.

Predeceased by her by her beloved parents Nan and Joe; her sisters Eileen, Anne and Sheila and her brothers Noel and Joe.

Patricia will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken husband Seán, her daughter Annette; her sisters Mary, Gene and Jacqueline; her son-in law Brian and all her brothers and sisters-in-law. She will be forever missed by all her nieces and nephews, relatives, extended family, wonderful neighbours and many many friends.

The O’Kelly family would like to thank with great appreciation all the staff in University Hospital Waterford for the excellent care and attention Patricia received throughout her time there.

May Patricia rest peacefully.

Patricia’s reposal will take place on Thursday the 24th of September at Falconers Funeral Home, Tramore X91TW21 from 6pm to 7pm.

All are welcome.

Patricia’s Requiem Mass will take place on Friday the 25th of September at 12:30pm in The Church of the Holy Cross, Tramore, after which Patricia will be laid to rest in St. Declan’s Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend Patricia’s Mass online can do so by using the link below.

Patricia’s funeral cortege will walk from the Junction of Priest Road and Summerhill at approximately 12:10pm to arrive for her Requiem Mass.
