Waterford Chamber has launched the tenth year of its Regional Leaders Programme, with bookings now open for professionals from across the South East.

The leadership development programme, which begins in October with a launch event in Faithlegg, has supported hundreds of business leaders and emerging leaders over the past decade.

Waterford Chamber says the programme is designed to help professionals strengthen their leadership skills while enabling organisations to develop future leaders within their businesses.

Chief Executive of Waterford Chamber Gerald Hurley said the programme has made a lasting impact on the region over the past ten years.

He said the initiative continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of business and offers participants one-to-one mentoring and coaching, panel discussions, networking opportunities and monthly leadership events.

Mr. Hurley added that more than 700 people are now part of the programme’s alumni network, helping to build a strong community of business leaders across the South East.

The programme is delivered in partnership with Waterford Chamber Skillnet, with support from Bausch + Lomb and the International Coaching Federation Ireland Chapter.

Network Manager at Waterford Chamber Skillnet, Tommie Ryan, said participants are matched with experienced mentors while benefiting from flexible coaching sessions and leadership events featuring entrepreneurs and business leaders.

The programme is open to professionals at all stages of their careers, including CEOs, senior managers, entrepreneurs and those aspiring to leadership roles.
