An appeal for information has been issued after two dogs were reportedly taken from a house in Stradbally, County Waterford, yesterday.

Gardaí in Waterford have issued an appeal on social media.

The first dog is a two-year-old male Lurcher who walks with a limp.

The second is a six-year-old female Jack Russell with a brown head, white body and paws, and a distinctive brown patch just above her tail.

Anyone with information about the whereabouts of either dog is asked to contact Tramore Garda Station on 051 391620.
