Motorists travelling to the All Together Now festival are being warned to expect significant delays, with lengthy queues reported on roads leading towards the site.

Traffic is particularly heavy on the R680 at Bog Road, with reports suggesting journeys between Kilmeaden and Portlaw are taking up to 90 minutes.

Motorists are also being advised to avoid the High Road due to congestion, suggesting Carroll’s Cross as an alternative route where possible.

Gardaí are continuing to advise those travelling to avoid using navigation apps. Instead, motorists are being urged to follow the clearly marked festival signage in place along the approach routes, which is designed to guide festivalgoers to the event as efficiently as possible.

Thousands of people are making their way to the festival site today, with traffic expected to remain busy throughout the afternoon and evening as arrivals continue.

Drivers are being asked to allow extra travel time, remain patient, and follow directions from Gardaí, stewards and the official festival signage.
