More than €30,000 has been raised to support the heartbroken family of a Dublin man who tragically died unexpectedly while in Vietnam.

Graham Kelly, from Moorefield Close in Clondalkin, passed away on September 28, 2026, leaving his parents, siblings and son devastated.

A GoFundMe appeal has been set up to help the Kelly family with the significant costs involved in bringing Graham home to Ireland, as well as funeral arrangements, travel and other unexpected expenses.

The fundraiser has already surpassed €30,000, with a target of €35,000, as donations continue to come in from people hoping to support the family through an incredibly difficult time.

Graham was the beloved son of Anthony and Suzanne and cherished brother of Nicole, Glen, Dean and Sophie. He was also a loving dad to his son, Zane.

His death notice said Graham would be very sadly missed by his heartbroken parents, brothers and sisters, son, grandparents Pat and Tony, and Mary and Tommy, as well as his aunt Amy, uncles Thomas, Mark, Carl and Paul, nieces Mila and Isla, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends around the world.

The family are now facing the heartbreaking reality of losing a loved one while he was so far from home, with the added practical and financial challenges of arranging to bring him back to Ireland.

The GoFundMe was organised to help ease some of that burden and allow Graham’s loved ones to focus on supporting one another and grieving their loss.

The appeal reads: ‘We have set up this fundraiser to help ease some of that financial burden and allow the family to focus on what truly matters – being together, supporting one another and grieving the loss of Graham.’
